Jaden is a former college athlete and performance coach specializing in nutrition, strength and conditioning, and athletic development. He is currently pursuing his M.S. in Applied Exercise Science with a concentration in Sports Nutrition, and is passionate about helping individuals take ownership of their health, performance, and long-term well-being.
He works with a wide range of clients—from those looking to improve their body composition and daily energy, to athletes pursuing high-level performance. Jaden focuses on building sustainable nutrition and lifestyle strategies that create real, lasting results without unnecessary restriction or complexity.
Jaden has a strong appreciation for evidence-based practice and is constantly studying current research, but his true strength lies in translating that information into simple, practical habits that clients can consistently apply in their daily lives.
Jaden has come to deeply value the importance of nuanced nutrition and exercise programming, recognizing that no client is “average.” Each individual responds differently to interventions and brings unique constraints shaped by their lifestyle and circumstances.
Having spent years in the sports performance world pursuing his own highest level, Jaden brings that same intentionality into his coaching. He is passionate about getting to know each client as a whole person and working together to apply the right strategies to help them move toward the life they want to live.
