Not only is Brittany a nutrition coach and personal trainer well-versed in hormone health, but she is also a practicing doula and holistic nutritionist. She supports women through fertility journeys, pregnancy, and postpartum recovery, and has a deep passion for women’s health, fitness, and helping women better understand their bodies and overall health. She has worked in the women’s health field for over 20 years, beginning as a pre- and postpartum personal trainer and coach, and later expanding her work as a birth and bereavement doula.
Brittany has come to deeply value the importance of women understanding their bodies, building trust in their own knowledge, and learning to trust their intuition. Through her own journey with eating disorders, over-exercising, postpartum depression, and a hysterectomy, she has worked hard to overcome years of disordered thought patterns and the pressure to shrink herself. Today, she focuses on trusting her body, embracing its strength, and taking up space.
She is the mom to two beautiful girls and is passionate about helping other women find confidence, clarity, and connection in their own bodies.
