I entered the health and fitness space after going through my own weight loss journey, where I developed a genuine passion for the process, the discipline, and the long-term lifestyle changes required for success.

As a coach, my focus is on shifting your mindset around “eating healthy” by making better choices feel realistic, enjoyable, and sustainable. I work to simplify the process and help you find forms of movement you actually look forward to, so consistency becomes second nature.
I specialize in weight loss through the use of clear, structured SMART goals and by building systems that make proper nutrition and activity feel effortless over time—not overwhelming.
Outside of coaching, I am an avid line dancer and instructor, as well as a dedicated pickleball player. I strongly believe that adding enjoyable activities into your life doesn’t make you “too busy” for your goals—it creates structure and momentum. I teach my clients how to use a busy schedule to their advantage and turn it into a tool for long-term success.
