Outside of coaching, I am an avid line dancer and instructor, as well as a dedicated pickleball player. I strongly believe that adding enjoyable activities into your life doesn’t make you “too busy” for your goals—it creates structure and momentum. I teach my clients how to use a busy schedule to their advantage and turn it into a tool for long-term success.
